Mr. Amarant served as CEO of several successful small businesses in the casual furniture manufacturing industry as well as the oil and gas industry. His positions included President and CEO of Resort Casual Furniture, Molla Furniture and Tradewinds Outdoor Furniture. Previously, Mr. Amarant was CEO of Alpha Environmental, an oil pollution and recovery company which contracted its services to the U.S. government to remediate oil spills in South Florida.
Mr. Amarant began his career in the U.S. Navy where he completed Officer Candidate School and a post graduate program, two deployments in Vietnam and astronaut recovery for the Apollo 11 mission.
John T. Anderson is the Founder and CEO of Plow Consulting. He is a seasoned technology executive with more than 35 years of experience building teams in small to large high tech companies leading to rapid revenue growth and profitability. His positions included, Board Member and Chief Revenue Officer for Condeco, Executive Vice President of Strategy for Manhattan Software and CEO of PeopleCube. He has significant M&A experience having acquired six companies and helped successfully drive four exits for shareholders over the past 17 years.
John’s extensive technology industry experience has led to speaking opportunities at conferences worldwide and his articles have appeared in leading industry publications. He has previously held senior executive positions with Exact Software and Data General. John earned a B.S. degree in Administrative Management from Clemson University in South Carolina.

He also served as the HIPAA Security Officer for Memorial Healthcare System, a multi-hospital public healthcare system. As Chief of Security, he also created and led the computer forensics division for eTERA Consulting, a firm located in Washington, D.C. that served AMLAW 100 clients.
He is an MSI Senior Fellow™ and holds various certifications including the ISC2 CISSP, PMP, Certified Fraud Examiner, AccessData Certified Examiner, HIPAA Security Specialist, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Kaizen Facilitator, Certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist, and is a Licensed Private Investigator. His experience includes several industry regulations including HIPAA, HITECH, GLBA, FERPA, FCPA, FIPA, and PCI DSS.

Edwin D. Johnson has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Casella Waste Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CWST), a non-hazardous waste services company, since December 2012. From July 2010 until that date Mr. Johnson served as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Casella. From March 2007 until 2010, Mr. Johnson served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Waste Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: WSII), a similar waste services company of like size.
Prior to 2007, Mr. Johnson served in senior officer positions in various telecom infrastructure companies, serving as the CFO of MasTec (NYSE: MTZ) and President of Able Telcom (NYSE: A), technology companies, serving as CFO of Mortgage.com (Nasdaq: MTGE) and a real estate services firm, serving as CFO of Expert Realty and also held Board seats with Atwoods plc an international waste services company based in London, and Able Telcom, Inc. (Nasdaq: ABLE). Mr. Johnson received his MBA from Florida International University, his BS in Accounting and Administration from Washington & Lee University and is a Florida CPA.
Marc Osheroff is a Florida-based entrepreneur and commercial real estate magnate. Since 1992, Mr. Osheroff has acquired numerous Medical Office Buildings including the Northpark Professional Building, PalMed Medical Office building, which included a mall and parking garage, and two Class A office buildings located in Broward County. He currently owns and operates over 25 buildings in five counties.
In 1975 he started R & M Electronics with a childhood friend. He parlayed his success and by 1983 he was the owner of five auto parts stores and two car radio stores all accomplished while continuing as the managing partner in R & M Electronics.
Mr. Osheroff became the largest auto parts distributor in South Florida, owning a total of eight retail auto parts stores. At the same time, he also grew the electronics company into Elite Marine, one of the largest Marine Electronics distributors in South Florida. In 1997 he sold all of the auto parts stores and distribution rights.
In 2002, Marc purchased Broward Motorsports with an ex-employee and friend. He has since then grown the business to be a four-location, 28 franchise dealership.
Albert Santalo is a computer scientist and Internet entrepreneur with experience in high growth, venture-backed technology companies. He is the lead inventor and has a U.S. patent for Avisena’s Accounts Receivable Management Methodology.
Jim Sayih is a Florida based entrepreneur, Ironman Triathlete and Fitness Expert. Mr. Sayih served a distinguished 20-year career with the Miami Police Department, retired a Police Lieutenant. He is an adjunct professor at Broward College, teaching Health Sciences. Mr. Sayih also served 6 years in the US Air Force. Mr. Sayih is the Executive Director of the Non-Profit Special Compass, which serves the disability community for affordable housing as well as inclusion in sporting events. Craig is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in the insurance and financial industries. Having been an independent adjuster and working many storms including Hurricane Wilma and Ike, Craig is keenly aware of the needs of the insurance industry, particularly dealing with large volumes of claims and catastrophes.

Larry Whiteside Jr. currently serves as vice president of healthcare and critical infrastructure in the Office of the CISO at Optiv. Whiteside also is co-founder and executive vice president of the International Consortium of Minority Cybersecurity Professionals (ICMCP).
Prior to Optiv, Whiteside served as the chief security officer at Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA), an organization that supplies cost-effective electricity for Central Texas, manages water supplies and floods in the lower Colorado River basin, provides public parks, and supports community development in 58 Texas counties. Whiteside also worked at Comodo as corporate strategy advisor to the CEO, Lynx Technology Partners as CSO, Spectrum Health as CISO and director of enterprise operations, and Visiting Nurse Service of NY as CISO.
Whiteside started his career as an officer in the United States Air Force and separated in 2002. He served as chief, information warfare/network security divisions and chief, network security division – single agency manager for the Air Force at the Pentagon. Mr. Wilson has held senior level management positions with technology companies in Europe and Asia. Mr. Wilson has participated in 5 successful acquisitions including 1 IPO.
Mr. Wilson is an avid runner and triathlete with 2:23 marathon PR and a 10:18 Ironman top 20 finish. Mr. Wilson is married with 2 children and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
