An industry veteran of over 25 years, Mr. Amarant has been involved in all areas of communications, having founded, operated, and sold several successful companies. From 1994 to 2011, he served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of STS Telecom, a Florida-based VoIP provider.
At STS Mark developed industry innovations in customer service, billing, credit, collections, sales, and marketing. STS operated under licenses from the FCC and the Florida Public Service Commission. Mr. Amarant achieved high growth in STS's core cloud infrastructure and leveraging relationships with its Value Added Resellers (VAR), who successfully sold STS’s services to commercial businesses. In over a decade as CEO, Mr. Amarant paid out approximately $4 million per year in on-time commission payments and sales bonuses to STS’s Value Added Reseller (VAR) partners.
In March of 2011, STS Telecom was purchased by EarthLink (Nasdaq: ELNK). Prior to the EarthLink purchase, STS was named to the list of Top 50 Agent Programs of 2011 by PHONE+ magazine. By 2011, STS had become one of the largest Interconnect companies in Florida.
With exposure to complex network infrastructures from an early age, Mr. Mowry has over 14 years of enterprise-level IT experience. Mr. Mowry possesses a broad knowledge of cloud computing, with a focus on enterprise level virtualization infrastructure, networking, storage, and automation platforms.
For over 10 years, Mr. Mowry was the lead Systems Engineer and solutions architect for a South Florida-based IT services company that served both national and international businesses. Within this capacity he successfully designed and implemented numerous large scale projects. Most recently, Mr. Mowry held a technology department director position for a cloud computing company where he was responsible for the management and deployment of client projects ranging from small business cloud infrastructures to enterprise cloud based deployments of Microsoft, Citrix, and Linux environments.
With over 16 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry, Mr. Rodriguez is responsible for oversight of Operations and Engineering, with a focus on white-glove customer service, project management, process discovery and re-engineering, along with implementation of business intelligence and IT systems. Martin previously worked as Vice President of Operations at Data2Go Wireless, where he successfully led systems development and automation efforts.
He earlier served as Director of Hosted Services at EarthLink Business, where he led technical operations, while maintaining a customer centric approach and driving profitable revenue through operational efficiency. His role focused on developing and implementing an integration strategy for the newly acquired STS Telecom into EarthLink’s rapidly changing operations.
Prior to Earthlink’s acquisition of STS Telecom, Martin served in multiple positions. Starting as Manager of the Network Operations Center, he was later made Director of Business Engineering and finally promoted to Vice President of Operations. Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, as well as an Executive MBA.

Mr. Varma previously worked for Peer 1 Hosting As the SVP of Product & Development. While there, he was responsible for creating and sustaining products that supported Peer 1’s $180+ million in revenue, and successfully helped grow the company’s hosting revenue from $35 million In addition, he was in charge of the company’s entire public, private and hybrid cloud strategies. As the product and technology executive leader, he was responsible for researching and evaluating new technology, business models and other innovations which improved company performance, working with the Senior Executive Team to develop and implement company-wide short and long-term strategic initiatives and to communicate company objectives and strategies to all levels of the company and its partners.
Scott Williams is a leading member of the Cloud Visionary & Architecture team responsible for the design of the next-generation cloud infrastructure for WHOA.com’s Secure Cloud for Business. His background includes expertise in Architecture and Design of Networks, Storage, SAN, Compute, Virtualization, and Performance across the Cloud Stack.
Mr. Williams' previous roles include Cloud Architect for Windstream Hosted Solutions, Key executive advisor and Architect to Siemens Healthcare Research and Development, Enterprise Solutions Engineer for Chesapeake, VA. Regional Medical Center, CTO for a Regional Waste Water Utility in VA
Mr. Williams holds many advanced and Professional Certifications that include: VMware, Cisco, EMC, Microsoft (MCT), ScienceLogic, and Comptia Healthcare. Scott holds a BS in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Saint Leo University.
With over 20 years of experience in graphic design, internet marketing, and web development, Mr. Zaizar has proven himself as an innovator in his field. Having developed and managed the marketing efforts for hundreds of custom websites, his exceptional creativity and ability to conceptualize projects from start to finish have enabled him to become a versatile consultant, creating successful marketing campaigns in both web and print media.
Since 1998, Mr. Zaizar was responsible for all areas of the company brand and messaging for STS Telecom including web design, development and implementation, establishing training programs, initiating marketing strategies, and corporate branding. Working in tandem with key management, Mr. Zaizar was able to contribute to the rapid growth and success of the company until it was eventually sold to Earthlink in 2011.
Moreover, as an award-winning professional photographer, Mr. Zaizar’s photographic experience extends to most areas of professional photography, including photojournalism, portraiture, editorial and commercial studio work. He has been awarded recognition for his imagery several times for excellence in portraiture, sports and photojournalism.
